While We Work
Every screen comes out for a real cleaning, not a wipe-in-place. Tracks get brushed and vacuumed clear of grit. Hard water and mineral spots get treated, not just rinsed. Frames and sills are wiped down as part of the visit, not billed separately.
Clean white frames and cleared cobwebs sound small, but they are often what makes a home look freshly cleaned instead of just less dirty.
After We Leave

No, as long as we have the access we need. Many clients leave a gate code or arrange access through a lockbox or property manager.
