- Pre-treatment. Heavy dirt, cobwebs, and hard-water buildup get loosened before we touch the glass, so we're not just smearing grime around.
- Hand cleaning. Squeegee-and-scrubber technique on standard glass; a pure-water fed-pole system for upper-story or hard-to-reach panes.
- Detail pass. Sills, tracks, and screens get wiped down and re-hung so everything opens, closes, and looks finished — not just the glass.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. As long as we have access to the exterior — and to the interior if you'd like inside glass cleaned too — you don't need to be present. Many clients leave a gate code or arrange access through a lockbox or property manager. We'll call or text when the crew is on the way and again once the job's done.
How long does a typical visit take?
Most single-family homes take one to three hours depending on window count, screen condition, and whether we're also doing interior glass or a lanai enclosure. Larger homes or first-time deep cleans with heavy buildup can run longer — we'll give you a realistic estimate up front.
Do you clean window screens too?
Yes — screen cleaning and re-hanging is part of our standard residential service, not an upcharge. We remove each screen, clean both sides, and rehang it before we leave.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
Florida afternoon storms happen. If weather makes a visit unsafe or pointless, we'll call to reschedule for the next available day at no extra cost.
